No Refunds & No Returns Policy

1. No Refund Policy — Digital Services
At C Technologies, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our digital products or services, including but not limited to:
· Brand strategy deliverables
· Visual identity packages (logos, brand guidelines, assets)
· Digital marketing campaigns (social media management, SEO, ads management)
· Website design and development
· Consulting, audits, and strategy sessions
· Any downloadable digital files or assets
Once a service is delivered, a payment is made, or work has commenced, no refund will be issued.

2. Why We Have This Policy
Digital services cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Once we provide:
· A brand strategy document
· Logo files
· Website code
· Marketing consultation
· SEO or analytics reports
…you have received the value. There is no way to return intellectual property or creative work. This policy protects our time, expertise, and investment in your project.

3. Exceptions (Very Limited)
There are only two situations where a refund might be considered:

Duplicate payment (you accidentally paid twice for the same invoice) Yes — refund of duplicate amount
All other situations — including but not limited to “changed my mind,” “found another agency,” “didn’t like the design,” “my business closed,” or “someone else approved it without me” — are not eligible for refunds.

4. No Returns on Digital Products
Because our services deliver digital files and intellectual property, there is no physical product to return. Downloading, accessing, or receiving our deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work.
We do not accept returns of any kind.

5. Before You Purchase
We encourage you to:
· Book a free consultation before purchasing any package
· Ask all questions upfront — clarify deliverables, timelines, and expectations
· Review our portfolio and case studies (where available)
· Start with a smaller package if you are unsure about committing to a larger investment
Our team is available via email and WhatsApp to answer your questions before you make a purchase. Once you buy, the sale is final.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an exception applies (as outlined in Section 3), you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
To request a review:

· Include: Full name, date of purchase, package purchased, and detailed reason
We will respond within 10 business days. If we determine an exception applies, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If not, we will explain our decision in writing.
All decisions made by C Technologies regarding refunds are final.

7. Chargeback Policy
If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, credit card company) outside of our refund policy:
· We will provide your payment provider with full documentation of our policy, your agreement to it, and evidence of service delivery
· We reserve the right to suspend all active services and block future access to deliverables
· We may pursue collection of the original payment plus any fees incurred
You agree that you will not file a chargeback for a legitimate purchase made under this No Refund policy.

By making a purchase with C Technologies — whether through our website, via invoice, bank transfer, or any other payment method — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refunds & No Returns Policy.
