We primarily build on WordPress (using popular page builders like Elementor or Bricks) because it gives you full control after launch. We also work with Webflow and Shopify for e-commerce clients.

Currently, C Technologies is not GCT-registered because our annual revenue is below the JMD $15 million threshold. That means you do not pay GCT on any of our services.

If and when we cross that threshold, we will notify you in advance. The standard GCT rate is 15%.

No. All sales are final. Because our services deliver digital intellectual property (logos, strategy documents, website code, etc.), there is no way to “return” the work once it’s delivered.

We don’t sell hosting directly, but we recommend reliable providers (SiteGround, Cloudways, or local Jamaican hosts). We’ll help you set up hosting as part of your website project.

For one-time projects, we require 100% payment upfront before work begins.

For monthly retainers (social media management, SEO, ads management), we require the first month’s payment before starting, then payments are due on the same date each month. We use a simple electronic agreement — no hidden fine print.

For packages over $10,000 USD, we offer payment plans — typically 3 monthly installments. Just ask.

Timelines start after we receive your completed questionnaire and any required assets (logos, copy, images).

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

We set realistic expectations upfront and provide monthly reports so you can see progress — even before the big wins arrive.

Yes. We comply with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020. We do not sell your data. We use secure tools (encrypted storage, access controls) and only share your information with trusted third parties (payment processors, hosting providers) when necessary to deliver your service.

We’ll send you a simple onboarding questionnaire asking for:

· Your business background and goals
· Any existing brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
· Examples of brands you admire
· Access to any current accounts (social media, website hosting, analytics)

The more you provide upfront, the faster we can deliver.

If we don’t hear from you for 30 consecutive days during an active project, we reserve the right to close the project. No refund will be issued. You can restart by paying a re-activation fee (50% of the original project cost).

We’ll always send reminder emails before closing a project.

If you’re on our Website Maintenance plan ($147/month) , we monitor your site 24/7 and fix issues within 4 hours.

If you’re not on a maintenance plan, we offer hourly rates ($50/hour) for emergency fixes.
